Last night on the Green River. Things I’ve read, heard or thought of on my trip that helped me keep going.

Fear profits a man nothing.

You keep going. A top a ship called persistence. And sails made of resolve.

Don't dwell on your worries. You will only make them happen.

There is no bias as strong as the bias towards what you were saying and daring yesterday.

Time is in the eye of the beholder. Hours are minutes. Minutes can be hours.

Don't focus so hard. You forget to look around.
